License Agreement between you (a natural or legal person - hereinafter referred to as the "user") and the author of the software product, which is Ing. Vladimír Kraus, IČ: 64873340 (hereinafter referred to as the "author").
Article I. - Copyright
All ownership and copyright rights relating to the software product and any copy of the software product are the property of the author of the software product. The software product is protected by the laws of Czechia on copyright, the provisions of international treaties and all other relevant legal regulations. The same protection applies to the database, which is an integral part of the software product.
Article II. - Restrictions
a) the author's software product cannot be resold, rented or transferred without the author's consent,
b) the software product cannot be included in another software product and the products thus created, derived from the original software product, cannot be distributed,
c) the content of the database supplied with the product is permitted to be used only using the author's software product. Other use of the content of the database is permitted only in products directly connected to the user (for example, in the user's mobile application).
Article III. - User Rights
a) the user is entitled to operate the software product exclusively for his own use,
b) the user has the right to use technical support, which is provided by e-mail info@bestclubdata.com,
c) the user is entitled to use the "Data Update" service under the conditions described on the website www.bestclubdata.com.
Article IV. - Duration of the Agreement
a) the license agreement and thus the user's right to continue using the software product in any way shall terminate at the moment when the user violates the restrictions listed in Article II. and when the user does not agree to remedy the situation within five days of notification from the author,
b) after the expiration of this Agreement, the User is obliged to cease any further use of the Software Product and is obliged to fully remove it,
c) the user may withdraw from the license agreement by sending a written request to the author's address. In this case too, the user must comply with the previous paragraph of this article of the license agreement and cease further use of the software product.
Article V. - Liability for Damages
a) the author has provided the software product to the user "as is". The author or distributor is not liable for damages of any kind caused by the operation of the software product,
b) the author pays maximum attention to the accuracy of the data provided. The author is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. No compensation for damages can be claimed against the author based on the data provided.
Article VI. - Handling of personal data
a) the author is obliged to remove the user's personal data from his records in the event of termination of this license agreement.
